The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a big bathroom and Direct TV with numerous channels, including HBO. Breakfast options were extensive, with scrambled eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit. However, the hotel appeared rundown, and a serious cleanliness issue arose when a bedbug was found in our room. This alarming discovery, coupled with the lack of management follow-up, significantly tarnished our experience.

Additionally, the indoor pool felt more like a chilly January morning than an inviting swimming spot, which was disappointing for family outings. Breakfast got repetitive over three mornings, with only eggs, sausage, and waffles served daily, making it hard to stay enthusiastic about meal time. On one visit, the room had a strong bleach smell upon check-in that lingered a bit too long and the carpets seemed a bit musty, impacting overall comfort.

The location was convenient, just a short drive to local attractions. The room had a comfortable king-sized bed, perfect for relaxing. It also included a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker, which made our stay easier. The breakfast had a variety of options, and we appreciated the availability of hot coffee. However, the air conditioning in our room broke down during our stay, which made it uncomfortable when we returned. The front desk staff was helpful, quickly moving us to another room and offering a discount for the inconvenience. The pool water was colder than expected. Overall, I enjoyed the spaciousness of our room but found some amenities lacking.

Unexpectedly great stay!

We got in after an 8-hour drive, and the staff were super friendly! Our son’s dance competition nearby was pricey, but this place was much better for the $$. We even got ice cream for winning 1st place! The breakfast wasn't great, but there’s tons of yummy places nearby. Overall, a nice experience!
